Dietitian’s Practical Low Protein Study Day A practical low protein cookery day for Dietitians and other Health Professionals managing patients with Inborn Errors of Metabolism who require a low protein diet. The Day aims to improve your skills with regards to Low Protein bread, pastry, pasta and cake making. Passing on this knowledge to your metabolic patients will be invaluable. The event will take place at Where: The Coghlans Cookery School, Chesterfield. When: Tuesday 9thJune 2009 Time: 9:30 am – 5:00pm SHS are happy to be sponsoring the day with lunch and refreshments included. No registration fee applies.
