These 3 booklets give information about the phenylalanine content of many different foods. They are updated each year (baby foods twice a year). The information given in the booklet should only be used following discussion with a PKU dietitian. Dietary Information Booklet 1.8MB Amended 2007 There is a small amendment to the main diet booklet. On page 13 the food company is Empire Food Brokers - not Brothers as in one of the entries. The Fruit Leathers are shortly to be discontinued.
