Thames Path 100

London to Oxford
Saturday, 4 May 2019 - 9:30am

Ian Spriggs’ first attempt at this incredible challenge was last year with the aim to complete the 100-mile run in less than 24 hours. He actually crossed the finish line in 25 hours 33 minutes (fantastic) but this year he is pushing himself even harder and he’s determined to crack that 24-hour time!

Last year, Ian’s wife Sharon joined him for the second half of the challenge and helped him reach the finish line - this year he is on his own! He knows that it will be really tough, both mentally and physically but in the last six months Ian has lost three stone in weight so he is hoping that being slimmer and lighter will help him achieve his target!

Good luck Ian! We thank you and admire you for taking on this gruelling challenge again to raise money and awareness for the NSPKU.
